Is your photo booth really custom built?
Yes. Boothshakalaka is not a mass-produced booth.
Our booth was custom built locally by a professional carpenter and welder using real maple wood and aluminum. The goal was to create a clean, modern booth that looks great in real event spaces — not plastic equipment tucked into a corner.
How much space does Boothshakalaka require?
Very little.
We’re designed to fit into most venues and event layouts.
Once you book, we’ll confirm space and layout details with you ahead of time so setup is seamless.

Are prints really unlimited?
Do guests also receive digital copies?
Yes.
Yes you’ll receive a full online gallery afterward and your guests are able to download digital copies, free of charge (remember the whole all inclusive thing :)).

Yes.
We bring a full prop table to every event — it’s always included in your booking.

Every Boothshakalaka event includes a professional on-site attendant to help guests, keep the booth running smoothly, and make sure everyone has a great experience.
Do you provide someone to run the booth?
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have your event date.
Popular wedding and corporate dates fill quickly, and we only take a limited number of events per day.
How does booking work?
It’s simple:
You submit your event details through our availability form
We confirm your date and send a clear quote
You receive a short agreement and retainer invoice
Once signed and paid, your date is officially reserved
Do you require a deposit?
Yes.
A retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
